How a caregiver is verified

Before anyone is eligible for an assignment, Sahaiv records identity and address proof, police or character verification, references from previous work, qualifications where the role needs them, and a face enrolment. On every shift the caregiver checks in with a live face check at your parent's address, so the person who arrives is the person who was cleared.

What the family sees

Verified check-in and checkout times, the care tasks planned for the day and which were completed, routine observations, notes from the caregiver, and photo updates where your family has consented to them. Families outside India can register with an international contact number.
